YETI COOLERS: THE RON BURGUNDY OF COOLERS

I don't know how to put this but....I'm kind of big deal.  - Yeti Cooler

Yeti Coolers have become an obsession in the South as of late.  We see them everywhere, in the back of Pickups....

T-top Grady Whites...

And begging to be filled with beer and freshly caught fish.

A cooler named after a mythical Himalayan ape-like crytpid, invokes the belief that if you keep your valuables in the Yeti, it will remain cool....forever.  Here's the issue, it's a cooler.  A cooler that costs $250 and up depending on size.  Are you having problems keeping beer and other things cold in a regular $20 cooler?  If so, perhaps you should take shorter trips.  Maybe I could justify a Yeti Cooler if I was going on a week long excursion through the Caribbean while charter fishing.  Do you know how often that's going to happen?  About as often as the Cubs make the playoffs, and that's being extremely optimistic.

That $20 cooler from Target...keeps ice cold for a day and guess what, the water is still cold and so are the drinks the following day.  If you're not finishing your drinks in 24 hours, go buy more drinks and/or more ice.
